If you’re hoping to get your hotel nominated in the 2010 Hotels Fairy Awards then don’t just sit there quietly! Tell you customers, suppliers, friends and family that you’re in with a chance of winning and ask them to nominate and vote for you.
You don’t have to be a big chain hotel with a huge marketing budget to win a Hotels Fairy Award – not at all! It’s all about real people recognising the hotels that make them feel special, whether that is a tiny guesthouse or a big city hotel.
Get your fans motivated!
So make sure that if you’ve got a happy and motivated bunch of followers who love your hotel and think it’s worthy of an award that you let them know about how they can nominate and vote for you.
We are currently looking for nominations in the following categories:
- 2010 Ambleside Hotels Fairy Awards
- 2010 Keswick Hotels Fairy Awards
- 2010 Windermere Hotels Fairy Awards
Later in the year we will be holding awards for other destinations, so watch this space.
How to get nominated
It may sound obvious, but the easiest and best way to get nominated is to ask people to nominate you in the relevant category (see list above). Here’s a few ideas:
- Make noise on your website and blog
- Ask your followers on Twitter
- Ask your Facebook fans
- Send out an email to your contact list
